Artificial intelligence (AI) is being used into pharmaceutical sciences to tackle problems related to formulation development, manufacturing, quality control, and healthcare delivery. This paper rigorously analyzes the utilization of artificial intelligence and machine learning methodologies in the production of pharmaceutical formulations, specifically emphasizing parenteral and liquid dosage forms. AI-driven predictive modeling enhances rational formulation design by refining the prediction of physicochemical attributes, stability, solubility, degradation routes, and in vivo performance of pharmaceutical products. In sterile parenteral production, AI improves aseptic process control, visual inspection, contamination monitoring, and process analytical technology, thereby reinforcing adherence to current Good production Practices. In liquid dosage forms, AI enhances stability evaluation, shelf-life optimization, and environmental surveillance.
